We are thrilled to announce that we are in the process of acquiring our Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license for our parent company, Card Solutions UAB.

This licence is a game-changer as it will enable us to operate as a fully-functional fintech entity across the European region.

The VASP license will cover a wide range of capabilities, including: ability to establish a crypto-to-crypto exchange. facilitate crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto transactions and also enable custody of fiat currencies for indefinite periods.

These are just a few of the many benefits that will be available to us once we attain the VASP license. This license will also give us enough latitude to increase on our product offerings as we seek to become a fully operational fintech entity.

In addition to our progress towards attaining the VASP license, we have also made tremendous progress in securing an SRO (Self-Regulatory Organization) license.

This license acts as a precursor to attaining the VASP license and offers limited but critical benefits; such as ensuring that we can offer limited crypto-to-fiat financial services.

At the moment, our focus is on establishing a payment solution that will target merchants across the world as a payment gateway.

Once complete, online Merchants will be able to use our proprietary solution to accept both fiat and crypto payments from anyone across the world.

Securing these two licenses will solidly establish us as a payment solutions platform as we work on creating even more products for Creditum.
